When is the best time to start classes?The ideal time to start is from about 20-32 weeks of pregnancy. This is so that you have time to practice all the techniques learnt in the course. However, in saying that if you are further along, please don't think it is too late. I was 35 weeks pregnant when I attended the course. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or if you are unsure when you should book in.

Who can attend the classes with you?Hypnobirthing classes are structured in such a way that the birth partner is encouraged to attend. However, if you do not have a birth partner or they are unable to attend, you are more than welcome to attend solo and I will be able to assist you throughout the course when comes to the practical elements.

How is the course structured?Depending on whether you are attending a group or private class, it will be delivered over 2 x 6 hour sessions or 4 x 3 hour sessions.

What is covered in The Positive Birth Program?
